This Privacy Policy explains how Careertipset ("we", "us") handles personal data when you use careertipset.com.

What we collect

  • Contact messages: your name, email address, the reason for contacting us and your message.
  • Job applications: your name, email address, the role you apply for, an optional profile link, an optional note and the CV file you upload.
  • Technical data: our web servers keep standard logs (such as IP address, browser type, page requested and time) to keep the Site secure and working.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not require an account to read the Site.

How we use it

  • To reply to your message.
  • To assess your job application and contact you about it.
  • To protect the Site against abuse and keep it running.

Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (for forms you submit), our legitimate interest in running and securing the Site, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (for job applications).

Storage and retention

Form submissions are stored on servers we control. We keep contact messages for up to 12 months and job applications for up to 12 months after the hiring decision, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that host or secure the Site, where required by law, or with your permission. See also Do Not Sell or Share My Data.

Cookies

The Site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests the font files.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, use our contact page. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16.
